Radiology
St. Michael's Hospital employs only Radiologic Technologists
who are specially trained to obtain the highest quality
studies, and are registered by the American Registry of
Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
St. Michael's Hospital Radiologic Technologists are also
certified in mammography through the ARRT. Our equipment
and Technologists are qualified through the State ongoing
Mammography Quality Standard Act and the Federal American
College of Radiology.
St. Michael's Hospital Sonographers are registered by
the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
(ARDMS).
The technologists actively participate in continuing medical
education to keep abreast of the latest developments in
Diagnostic Imaging.

of the most technically advanced diagnostic imaging and
interventional image-guided services to the people of
Central Minnesota. Through continuous improvement efforts,
we strive to produce the most accurate and timely results
for our referring physicians and patients in both the
hospital and outpatient settings.
