St. Michael's Nursing Home is focused on the individual. We appreciate the personalities of each resident. We foster a comfortable, home-like environment with daily planned activities that encourage mutual respect and dignity. Our Nursing Home is part of St. Michael’s complex. Our 60-bed licensed nursing home is attached to our acute care hospital, Lakeview Medical Clinic and Lakeshore Estates. An interdisciplinary team especially trained in geriatrics and/or rehabilitation provides care for those individuals who need attention and services 24 hours a day. Resident’s lives are enhanced by an integrated schedule of nursing care, therapeutic recreation, spiritual growth options and social interaction. Individualized rehabilitation programs are also provided. Regular physician visits, scheduled psychology visits and pharmaceutical deliveries contribute to superior health care.
